Sourcing
Shop by store
Our loads come off the returns and overstock lines of national retailers. Pick the store your customers already know.
Logos identify the original retail source of the merchandise in a load. Pioneer Pallet Sales LLC is an independent liquidator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer shown.

Who you buy from
Liquidation loads, priced with freight included
We are a supplier. Small retailers, market traders, bin stores and online sellers buy from us by the pallet and by the truckload, and a good many of them have been buying for years.
That is the part of the job we care about. A first order is easy to win; a buyer who comes back every month is earned. So the freight is in the price, the description matches what turns up, and if something is wrong you get a person who answers.
Every load is unmanifested and sold as-is. We do not open, grade or sort a load before it ships, which is exactly why it is priced the way it is.
About us
What we sell
Returns and overstock, described honestly
We carry a deep range, because the buyers we supply sell in different places and need different stock. Apparel, electronics, general merchandise, health and beauty, tools, toys, household goods, single pallets through to full truckloads.
Loads are unmanifested: there is no itemized contents list, quantities are approximate, and condition varies across a load. A share is usually new or still tagged, the rest is returned stock. We do not publish estimated retail values or guess what a load will resell for. You know your channel better than we do.
How it worksWhy choose us
Three things that are actually different
Freight is in the price
The number on the listing is the number you pay. No freight bolted on at checkout, no accessorial charges invented after you order, so you can price your margin before you commit.
A supplier, not a listing
You are buying from one company that owns the stock, sets the price and answers for the load. Same people next month, and the month after.
Straight numbers
You get the price and roughly how many pieces are on the pallet. That is the whole number set, and it is the one we stand behind, because we would like you to order again next month.

How it works
Order to delivery in four steps
01
Pick a load
Every listing states the category, the price and roughly how many pieces the load holds.
02
Place the order
The order is placed and held. Nothing is charged through the checkout form itself.
03
Pay by your rail
We email your payment instructions. The load is held for 48 hours.
04
We ship it
Processed in 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment, then 1 to 7 business days in transit, with freight already in the price.

Questions
The ones worth answering up front
Do you provide a manifest?
No. Loads are sold unmanifested, and the listing says so.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing extra. It is included in the listed price, nationwide.
What if the load arrives damaged?
Freight damage must be written on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves and reported within 48 hours of delivery , and that deadline belongs to the carrier, not to us. A defective or wrong load is separate and can be reported within 30 days after delivery.
Can I return a load I simply did not like?
No. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, because every load is sold as-is.
Do I need a resale certificate?
No resale certificate or business account is required to order.
