What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address. When you contact us we keep that correspondence.

Our host and our security tooling record standard server logs, including IP addresses, for the purpose of keeping the site available and secure.

What we do not collect

We do not store card numbers or bank account details on this site. Card payments are completed through a payment link, away from our servers.

Why we hold it

To take, fulfil and ship your order, to handle claims, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Freight carriers, so they can deliver to you. Our payment providers, so you can pay. Our accountants and, where legally required, the authorities. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Correspondence not attached to an order is deleted when it is no longer useful.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email sales@pioneerpalletsales.com.
