These terms govern your purchase from Pioneer Pallet Sales. By placing an order you accept them.

1. What we sell

Every load is unmanifested customer returns or overstock, sold as-is. There is no itemized contents list and quantities are approximate. We do not provide a manifest for any load, and we do not publish estimated retail values. Loads are not individually inspected or tested.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is held, not charged, until payment is arranged. We may decline or cancel any order, including where a load has already sold or where a listing carried an error.

3. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping to all 50 states. Shipping to US territories is quoted separately before you order. The listed price is the total payable.

4. Payment

Your order is placed and held, then payment instructions are emailed to you. Nothing is charged through the checkout form itself. We accept card payment link, bank transfer or ACH, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash and Chime. Loads are held for 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

5. Shipping and risk

Dispatch is within 2 business days of cleared payment, with transit of 2 to 7 business days across the lower 48. Pallets and truckloads move by freight. Someone needs to be available to receive the delivery. Risk passes on delivery. Inspect before signing.

6. Claims, returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Every load is unmanifested and sold as-is. We cover freight damage and significant shortage, claimed within 48 hours from delivery, supported by damage noted on the delivery paperwork before you sign, plus photographs. On an approved claim we arrange and pay the return freight. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. No warranty on load contents

We warrant the category, approximate quantity and condition basis stated on the listing. We make no warranty about individual items, their working order, completeness or resale value. We are not an authorized dealer for any brand appearing in a load.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, Tarrant County.
