What you are buying when you buy electronics liquidation pallets

Every load listed here is liquidation stock: consumer electronics and accessories. It reaches us as bulk returns and overstock from retailers and distributors, and we list it exactly as it comes rather than opening, grading or sorting it first. That is the whole reason the per-unit price is what it is.

An unmanifested load has no itemised contents list. Any piece count on a listing is an approximation of what a load of that type usually holds, never a guarantee, and a shortage claim on an unmanifested lot is not covered for that reason.

Condition, and what that word actually means here

Condition varies across every load. A share of the stock is typically new or new-with-tags, and the rest is customer-returned or shelf-pulled goods whose condition moves piece to piece. We do not test individual items. Nothing here is graded before it ships.

In Google's product vocabulary these loads are classified as used, because a load that can contain opened or previously-owned goods does not meet the definition of new. That is a classification of the offer, not a claim that every item inside it has been used.

Delivery and claims

Loads move by freight, so someone needs to be available to receive the delivery. Check the outside of the load before the driver leaves: if anything is damaged, write it on the Bill of Lading before you sign and tell us within 48 hours. That deadline belongs to the carrier, not to us, and a clean signature ends their liability. A defective or wrong load is separate and can be reported within 30 days.
