What is covered, what is not, and how to claim
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Every load is unmanifested and sold as-is.
We say this plainly because it is the single most important thing to understand before buying. A liquidation load is a wholesale purchase of unsorted goods. The variance is the product.
Restocking fee: none, because change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

We cover freight damage and significant shortage. The claim window is 48 hours from delivery.
To raise a claim we need damage noted on the delivery paperwork before you sign, plus photographs. Send it to sales@pioneerpalletsales.com with your order number.
On an approved claim we arrange and pay the return freight. Once the goods are back with us, or once we have agreed to settle without a return, refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
The ratio of new to returned goods in a load, the specific brands or items it contains, and its resale performance are not covered. None of those are promised at the point of sale, so none of them can fail.
We do not publish estimated retail values or resale figures, and we do not provide a manifest, so there is no contents list for a load to fall short of.
