Exactly what happens from the moment you place an order to the moment the freight reaches you, and what we need from you at each step.
Shop all loadsPick a load
Every listing states its category, its price, and roughly how many pieces it holds where we know that figure. Loads are unmanifested, so there is no itemized contents list and quantities are approximate.
The most useful number is cost per piece. Divide the load price by the piece count and compare it against what you can realistically sell an average item for.
Place the order and pay
Add the load to your cart and check out. The order is placed and held; nothing is charged through the checkout form itself. We then email your payment instructions.
You can pay by card payment link, bank transfer, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash or Chime. The load is held for 48 hours from the time the order goes in. There is no minimum order and no resale certificate is required.
We ship it
Dispatch is within 2 business days of cleared payment, with transit of 2 to 7 business days across the lower 48. Alaska and Hawaii take longer, and we confirm the timeline with you before dispatch.
Pallets and truckloads move by freight, not parcel. Someone needs to be available to receive the delivery, and you need a way to get a loaded pallet off the trailer.
Check it before you sign
Look at the load before you sign the delivery paperwork. If shrink wrap is torn, boxes are crushed or the pallet is visibly short, write it on the paperwork before signing and photograph it. You then have 48 hours from delivery to raise a claim with us.
We cover freight damage and significant shortage. On an approved claim we arrange and pay the return freight. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
