What shipping costs
Shipping is included in the listed price. There is no separate freight charge at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states. Shipping to US territories is quoted separately before you order.
We do not ship outside the United States.
Dispatch and transit
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of cleared payment. Transit is 2 to 7 business days across the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii take longer, and we confirm the timeline with you before dispatch.
These are working estimates, not guarantees. Freight schedules move for weather, carrier capacity and terminal congestion, and we will tell you if a load is running late rather than let you find out from the carrier.
Receiving a freight delivery
Pallets and truckloads move by freight. Someone needs to be available to receive the delivery.
Check the load before you sign for it. A signature without notes on the paperwork makes a damage claim considerably harder to win, for us as much as for you.
If something is wrong
Report damage or significant shortage within 48 hours from delivery. See the returns and refunds page for what we need from you.
