What we warrant
We warrant that the load you receive is the load you ordered: the category, the approximate quantity and the condition basis stated on the listing.
Every load carries a 30-day covered-claims window from the date of delivery: a load that is the wrong load, or is materially not what its listing described. Freight damage is separate and has a shorter window, it must be written on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves and reported within 48 hours of delivery, because that deadline belongs to the carrier, not to us.
What we do not warrant
Every load is unmanifested customer returns or overstock, sold as-is. There is no itemized contents list and quantities are approximate.
Loads are not individually inspected or tested. We therefore make no warranty about the working order, completeness, dating or saleability of any individual item in a load.
Manufacturer warranties, where any still apply to goods inside a load, are a matter between you and that manufacturer. We are not an authorized dealer for any brand and we do not administer or speak for anyone else’s warranty.
Your remedy
If a load arrives defective, contact us within 30 days after delivery and follow the claims process on the returns page.
An approved claim is resolved as a partial refund or a full refund. We do not offer exchanges. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
