What an Amazon returns pallet really is
It is a pallet of goods that customers sent back to Amazon. That is all it is. It is not a pallet of unopened new stock, it is not sorted by value, and nobody knows what is inside it until it is opened, including us.
Why the videos lie
Unboxing videos select for the good ones. A channel does not post the pallet that turned out to be phone cases and returned printer ink. Assume the median load, not the one that made a video.
Our position on it
Every load here is unmanifested. A share of the goods is typically new or new-with-tags and the remainder is customer-returned or shelf-pulled stock whose condition varies. We do not sort or grade a load before it ships. We do not provide a manifest and we do not publish estimated retail values or resale figures for any load. We are not affiliated with Amazon and we are not an authorized Amazon reseller.
