Tools have a durable, searchable resale market. Buyers know what a brand and model are worth, which cuts both ways: it is easy to price, and hard to overprice.
Batteries and chargers
Cordless power tools frequently arrive without their batteries or chargers, because those are often kept or returned separately. A bare tool is still saleable, but it is a different product at a different price. Check before listing.
Condition
Every load here is unmanifested. A share of the goods is typically new or new-with-tags and the remainder is customer-returned or shelf-pulled stock whose condition varies. We do not sort or grade a load before it ships.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the listed price to all 50 states, dispatched within 2 business days of cleared payment, with transit of 2 to 7 business days across the lower 48. We do not provide a manifest and we do not publish estimated retail values or resale figures for any load.

No. Nothing is individually tested before dispatch.
